The Town of Hanover Water Distribution Improvement Project will begin April 28, 2025. The Town of Hanover will be replacing several water main distribution lines over the next couple of years. The project was awarded to L &M Contractors. Project Areas 1 and 4 will be constructed in 2025 and Project area 3 and a portion of Project Area 2 (Rope Ferry) will be constructed in 2026. Areas are shown in the map below. The Town is utilizing Wright-Pierce as the Engineers of record. The project will be performed over two construction seasons.
Letters have gone out to residents in the affected project areas to let them know who the successful bidder is and the tentative construction schedule so that residents will know when to expect construction on their street.
