The Sustainable Hanover Committee met with the Hanover Planning Board in September of 2014 to discuss ways in which Sustainable Hanover can assist the Planning Board to revise the Master Plan. The Planning Board was very appreciative of the offer of assistance and indicated that they plan to begin this effort following Town Meeting in 2015.
Sustainable Hanover formed a subcommittee during the first half of 2014 to review the current Master Plan and to understand how the Master Plan currently incorporates the concepts of sustainability and resiliency. The subcommittee has reviewed a majority of the Master Plan and came up with some initial questions for the Planning Board that speak directly to some of Sustainable Hanover's greatest concerns.
