NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

On January 22, 2026, at 7:00 PM the Hanover Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold hearings in the following matters:

CASE #34064-Z2025-19: Jeff and Lara Acker, are appealing the decision of the Zoning Administrator that Christ Redeemer Church has complied with the Board’s decision in Case Z2025-11 regarding wetlands at 34 Greensboro Road, Map 25, Lot 16.

CASE #34014-Z2026-01: Brian Bouchard, Attorney for Alpha Delta Alumni Corporation, property owner of record, is requesting a special exception under Article IV, Section 405.6.B to re-establish a Student Residence at 9 E. Wheelock Street, Tax Map 34, Lot 14 in the Institutional district.
