Wednesday, March 26 – Friday, April 4, 2025
• To appear on the Official Town Meeting Ballot, a candidate must submit an originally signed Declaration of Candidacy form to be received and date stamped by the Town Clerk’s Office during this period.
• Email townclerk@hanovernh.org for a Declaration of Candidacy form or visit Town Clerk’s Office.
• If filing on the last day of filing period, candidate must submit their signed form in person with Town Clerk (8:30 am – 5:00 pm)

• Cemetery Trustee - 3-year term – 1 vacancy
• Etna Library Board of Trustees - 3-year term – 1 vacancy
• Selectboard - 3-year term – 1 vacancy
• Trustee of Trust Funds - 3-year term – 1 vacancy
• Town Clerk - 3-year term – 1 vacancy
• Supervisors of the Checklist - 3-year term – 1 vacancy
