TO REGISTER FOR SUMMER CAMPS
Step 1 Be sure that you created a household account and added your children in Xplor, our online registration software.
Step 2 of Camp Registration starts with filling out & submitting a Camper Contact Form.
Step 3 HPR Staff will approve the Camper Contact Form and add a Summer Camp Membership to your Xplor account.
Step 4 You have now unlocked the ability to sign up for camps online!
Be sure to check your child's D.O.B and age in your Xplor Household Account prior to registration so that you are able to register for the age-appropriate camp.
2026 CAMPER CONTACT FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED STARTING DECEMBER 1ST.
IF YOU HAVE NOT SUBMITTED A CAMPER CONTACT FORM AND DO NOT HAVE A
2026 SUMMER CAMP MEMBERSHIP YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SIGN UP FOR CAMPS ONLINE.
Summer Camp
We offer 6 individual weeks of camp during summer break. Each week is planned around a unique theme for indoor and outdoor activities and includes time at Storrs Pond, a Special Event and more!
PLAY
Preschoolers 2-4 year olds.
Dates: June 24 - July 31
Hours: A half day camp- 8:30am - 12:30pm
Fees: 5 Days $125; 3 Days $80; 2 Days $55
Location: Ray School
CIRCLE H
For campers entering Kindergarten in the fall.
DRAGONFLY
For Campers entering grades 1-5 in the fall.
Dates: June 24 - July 31
Hours: 8:30am -4:30pm
Weekly Fees: Resident $250; Non-Resident $275
Location: Ray School
Registration opens for:
Residents the 2nd Friday in January at 8am; Non-residents the 4th Friday in January at 9am
