The Projects

The following is a summary of the proposed projects to be performed under the terms and conditions of this Contract Document.  Each Bid Item shall include bituminous concrete material, hauling, placing, fine grading, compacting, sweeping, cleaning, keying ends, traffic apron transitions, traffic control and all else necessary to complete the items.  All work shall be done in a workman like manner in conformance with all local, state and federal laws, ordinances and regulations.  A one (1) year warrantee for all materials and workmanship shall be provided, commencing from the end of the project.  Invoices shall include slip numbers and tons used for each roadway or sidewalk.  

The following project descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and do not commit the Owners to perform the work described or to limit work performed under the terms, conditions and specification contained in this document to only those projects described below.  The Owner reserves the right to change project scopes prior to the issuance of Purchase Orders against this Contract.
