Just a note to let you know the Hanover Assessors are out and about. We are presently working on Building Permits issued over the last few years along with abatement applications that were filed this past year. At this time, we will not ask to go into your home and in most cases will just observe from the road to see if the permit is still active or complete. Please note that in many cases we will be taking pictures of the property so that we may update your property record card. The persons whom you would see will be carrying Hanover identification badges. We understand in these difficult times you are not necessarily interested in having town personnel on your property.
