CASE #34014-Z2025-16: Scott Snyder, Agent for Alpha Delta Alumni Corporation, property owner of record, is requesting a special exception under Article IV, Section 405.6.B to change the use of the building from office use back to Student Residence at 9 E. Wheelock Street, Tax Map 34, Lot 14 in the Institutional district.

CASE #34020-Z2025-17: Carol Eastman, Lessee of Ledyard National Bank, property owner of record, is  requesting a Variance from Article VII, Section 715.1, to permit a directly lighted and rotating barber pole sign in the Downtown District.
