Mission
When applications are received for Site Plan Review and Subdivision Review, a group of Town staff from various departments meet with the applicant to provide input, comment, and recommendations for improving a development proposal and to make sure that a proposal meets all requirements and standards of the Town. The Committee also provides recommendations to the Planning Board to assist the Board in making informed judgments in their review and potential approval of development proposals.
The Committee consists of planning, zoning, public health and building inspections staff of the Planning and Zoning Department; road and utility staff of the Public Works Department; and public safety and emergency response personnel of the Fire and Police Departments.
